Rhys, the Arrogant Trainer

Rhys is a very cocky Pokemon trainer. He's headstrong and doesn't know when to call it quits even when he's obviously on the losing side. He comes off as a huge jerk, which in all honesty he is, especially since he enjoys picking on those weaker than him. But, somewhere beneath that tough, mean, arrogant exterior there might be a nice guy... But that's very doubtful.
